We try to keep the shipping costs as low and as accurate as we can. This means the shipping costs are based on your location and the weight / size of your package. It can happen that your shipping costs change during check out, because by then you entered your shipping address and we know what shipping costs to charge.
We ship mostly with DPD or PostNL, the royal mail service of the Netherlands. If you prefer another way of shipping please let us know. Possible additional costs of the courier must be paid by you.
You can also choose to have your package delivered to a Service Point during check out.
We try to send your package of course as quickly as possible to you. Normally we ship once a day around 3PM Amsterdam time. So if you’re lucky and you ordered before 3PM, your package is shipped the same day.
